Ingredients:
- Plantain
- cinnamon
- stevia
-sugar free maple syrup
Directions:
Cut plaintain into 1/2 inch rounds. Cook on a non-stick skillet. Top with cinnamon and sweetener. Once cooked, top with sugar free maple syrup.
