Note: I know my recipes lately have been featuring a lot of peanut butter, but I can't help it :)
- cabbages (red, yellow, green)
- sunflower seeds (I used kaia foods teriyaki flavor). If you don't have this, then you can use regular sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (I used Krema all natural, which is very smooth)
- teriyaki sauce
Directions: Cook veggies in teriyaki sauce. Remove from heat and top with sunflower seeds. Drizzle peanut butter over it.
