Note: two of my faves: cabbage and peanut butter! I had this for dinner last night and I loved it. I used teriyaki sauce because I am out of soy sauce. Both have only about 10-20 calories a tablespoon.
- red and green cabbage
- 1/2- 1/4 small red onion
- teriyaki sauce (or soy sauce!)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Directions: In a non stick skillet, cook cabbage, carrots and onion in teriyakie sauce. Once cooked, remove from heat. Top with Peanut butter. Mix it through or leave chunks of peanut butter (like I did).
