Spicy Peanut Butter Chicken and Turnips

Note: A good twist on turnips.. spicy! I used Benson's Gourmet "Jamaican Hot and Spicy" seasoning that they sent me to sample. Soo good.


-3 oz chicken

- 1/2 turnip

- 1 tablespoon spicy PB

- spicy seasonings: you can use cayenne pepper, chili pepper, red pepper flakes

- red hot sauce

Directions: boil turnips. Cook chicken. Once boiled, toss in pan with chicken and cook with spices. Remove from heat. Drizzle with PB and add more spices.
