Pumpkin Cake with Peanut Butter

Note: I have seen this on a few blogs and on sparkrecipes... pumpkin cake! I subbed truvia for honey, agave and/or other sweeteners I saw out there. I might try it with a 1/2 cup pumpkin next time. Yes, this was so delicious, there will be a next time!

- 3 egg whites
- 1/3 cup pumpkin (80 grams)
- cinnamon
- splash vanilla
- truvia packet
- topping: one tablespoon peanut butter!

Directions: mix all ingredients, except PB in microwaveable bowl. Plop in microwave for two minutes until firm like cake.
