Note: This was so good. Another meal I wish wouldn't end :)
- red and green cabbage
- small pear
- 1/2 oz walnuts
- dressing: balsamic and truvia
Directions: Dice all veggies and make a coleslaw out of them (without mayo, of course!) Add diced pear and top with walnuts. Drizzle balsamic over coleslaw.
