Note: This is the easiest recipe... and soo good! I used the bean sprouts as low carb "noodles." I love black beans and peanut butter... an unlikely pair.
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions: Cook bean spouts and black beans. (Add veggies if you like). Once cooked, remove from heat and stri in peanut butter.
