Peach French Toast

Note: Who needs sugary high fructose liquids when you can use microwaved heated fruits as a topping? I melted some sliced peaches in the microwave with some cinnamon and it made the perfect topping to my 100 calorie thin french toast.

Ingredients:
- 100 calorie bread (Arnold's)
- 1 egg white
- cinnamon
- frozen peaches

Directions: Mix cinnamon and egg whites. Place bread in mix and cook on non stick skillet like french toast. To make topping, mix peaches with cinnamon and microwave until soft. Top on french toast.
