Naturally Nutty (Product Review)

Note: Thank you to Katie Kearney from Naturally Nutty for sending me these delicous nut butters to sample. I have tried all three (I literally dover into the jars within minutes of getting into my apartment yesterday), and am hooked. Just when I thought nut butters couldn't get any better, I tried these flavors. They were delicious! It is no surprise that they have received many honors, including a nomination for best nut butter by VegNews. What first drew me to the peanut butter was that they are all natural and organic. I also love that the nut butters are also low/no stir. I also like the added flax seed and hemp seed. Not only are they healthy, but the taste awesome as well. The flavors I received (with descriptions from the website in quotes):

Organic Vanilla Almond Butter- "This organic vanilla almond butter has been described as "heavenly indulgence"! Why? Because it is our organic almond butter with pure organic vanilla powder that comes together perfectly! Organic vanilla powder is a blend of organic vanilla beans and organic sucrose." I loved how I opened the bar and could smell the vanilla right away. They used just the right amount of vanilla. 2 tablespoons have 180 calories, 16 grams fat, no trans fats, 9 grams carbs, 5 grams of sugar and 6 grams of protein. In addition, there is no cholestrol, is gluten free and vegan.

Butter Toffee Peanut Butter-"Watch out....you will get hooked! This has been our best seller to date and is a favorite for kids. Your definition of "kid" may vary! Butter Toffee peanut butter is smooth with a little sugar and a little salt. You should probably order by the case!" Holy liquid crack on a spoon! Take my word for it. This was super yummy and would be perfect in dessert PB recipes, such as on frozen yogurt, on frozen bananas, or right off the spoon. Definitely LOVED this flavor the most.

Chocolate Sunflower- "Amazing organic chocolate blended with pure sunflower seeds, flax seed and hemp seed. A truly decadent twist on sunflower butter. All of our seed butters are made on separate equipment in a separate room but within the same facility as our peanut and almond butters." Wow, this was really good.
