Mashed Turnips (Lower Carb)

Note: Who needs mashed potatoes when you have mashed turnips? These are a lower carb alternative to potatoes and is really good!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 turnip
- almond milk (about an 1/8 of cup)
- butter buds (optional if you don't have)
- garlic salt and pepper

Directions: Boil turnips and mash with almond milk. Top with garlic salt and pepper and butter buds.
