Lower Carb Vegetarian Spaghetti with "Meat Sauce"

Note: This was one of my yummier creations. I could totally sub reg pasta and meat sauce for this yummy dish.

- package of shirataki noodles
- small pack of Bragg Nutritional yeast (optional)
- serving of lightlife smart ground
- small tomato, deseeded.
- 1 oz mozarella cheese
-salsa (optional)- I ended up not using it

Directions: rinse and drain noodles. In a pan cook, ground beef. Add noodles. Once cooked, add diced/de-seeded tomatoes, nutritional yeast and mozzarella so that the cheese melts.
