Note: Easy replacement for bread. Low carb and high in protein. You could use this as a wrap and add turkey and cheese. Or you can add peanut butter. Although one egg white is pictured, I used two. You could also add some stevia to the mix and make them into pancakes. I like using them as bread though.
- 1 scoop Jay Robb Protein Powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions: Mix egg whites and protein powder. Cook in skillet like you would pancakes. You can shape any way you like. Top with peanut butter.
