The first bar I sampled today was the peanut butter (obviously!) It was very delicious. There were small pieces of peanuts in the bar. It didn't taste like there was a ton of fiber in it, like the other high fiber products out there. It was a very delicious bar. It kind of reminded me of a softer, chewier nature valley peanut butter bar. If you are looking for a way to add more fiber in your diet, and you love peanut butter, I recommend you try this bar.
One bar contains 140 calories, 5 grams of fat, 7 grams of sugar and 4 grams of protein.
