Garlic Herb Cottage Cheese Eggs

Note: wow, if you haven't trued this trick yet, mix cottage chese with egg whites and once you cook them, they are a lot "fluffier." I used 5 egg whites and 1/2 cup cottage cheese, but next time I will use less cottage cheese (about 1/4 cup) and 4 egg whites.

- 5 egg whites
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 onion
- small tomato
- Seasonins: I used Benson's Gourmet all natural garlic herb pepper

Directions: Blend cottage cheese, egg whites and seasoning. Cook on skillet. In separate skillet, cook onion in seasonings, until soft. Add tomato. When cooked through, mix with egg whites. Top with more seasoning.
