Note: This is a super yummy, but fairly healthy treat! I used Naturally More Vanilla Almond Butter, but you can use regular almond butter.
- tablespoon almond butter (I used Naturally Nutty Vanilla Almond Butter)
- sprinkle of cacao nibs
Directions: cut banana in 1/2 lengthwise and horizontal. Spread almond butter and top with cacao nibs. Close it like a sandwich and freeze. (I wrap mine in foil).
