Egg Whites with Cashew Butter and Mozzarella Cheese

Note: oh wow, this was so much better than I thought it would be. With the cashews from the package that my awesome boyfriend got me, I made a cashew nut butter. It came out a bit pasty and wasn't very spreadable, but was delicious!

- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 oz sargento part skim all natural mozarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon homemade cashew butter

Directions: cook egg whites. top with mozarrella and let it melt. Spread cashew butter on top.
