Cranberry Pear Cottage Cheese

Note: Using the cottage cheese, Daisy generously sent me, I made a yummy high protein dessert.

1/2 cup Daisy cottage cheese
- small pear
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- packet of truvia

Directions: Boil and mash cranberries. Add pears. Meanwhile, mix cottage cheese with truvia. Once fruit has cooled, mix with cottage cheese and refridgerate. Serve cold.
