Cranberry Chicken Walnut Salad

Note: Using the low cal and low fat cranberry balsamic dressing I made here, I made a chicken and walnut salad. Yummy!

- Lettuce
- 3 oz chicken
- 1/2 ounce walnuts

- 1/4 cup cranberries
- balsamic vinegar
- truvia packet

Directions: to make dressing, microwave cranberries until they pop. Mix with balsamic vinegar and truvia. Meanwhile, on a plate, pile lettuce. Add chicken and walnuts, and pour dressing over it.
