Note: This is a yummy dessert (or breakfast).. or anytime of day! If you don't have walnut butter, you can use walnuts.
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablesoon walnut butter (http://eatoxygen.blogspot.com/2009/12/homemade-walnut-butter.html)
- 1/8 cup raisins
- 1 packet truvia or purevia
Directions: mix cottage cheese with cinnamon and stevia. Top with walnut butter and raisins and more cinnamon.
