Cinnamon Peanut Butter Plantain and Turnips

Note: No, that's not an over-riped (dead) banana, it's a plantain. They actually taste best when black (to me at least).

- 1/2 plantain
- turnip
- cinnamon
- tablespoon peanut butter

Directions: Cut plantain in rounds. Cook on non-stick skillet. Boil turnips in chunks. Remove, drain and cook in skillet. Add plantains and cinnamon. Once cooked, remove from heat, add more cinnamon. Drizzle with peanut butter.
