Chicken and Walnut Butter Coleslaw


- 3 oz chicken

- cabbage (red and green/savoy)

- carrots

- rice vinegar and truvia for dressing

- tablespoon walnut butter

Directions: Cut cabbage and celery into fine pieces. Cook chicken and dice on top. Mix rice vinegar and truvia. Pour it over mix. Top with walnut butter.
