Chicken "Alfredo"

Note: wow, I discovered a little seasoning can go a long way! I made an "alfredo sauce" by blending cottage cheese with spices. It was surprisinly really yummy. You could even add more cheese.

- 3 oz chicken
- shirataki noodles
- zucchini/summer squash
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- whatever spices you want (I used Benson's Gourmet garlic herb pepper and garlic herb seasonings)

Directions: Blend cottage cheese and spices. Cook zucchini/summer squash in a non-stick skillet with more spices. Add noodles and chicken. Remove from heat and top with cottage cheese mixture.
