Black Bean Stirfry

Note: This was an incredibly good stirfry. I like adding tomatoes to stirfries because then they turned into a salsa-like consistency...

- small zucchini
- 1/2 green pepper
- few slices red onion
- 1/2 cup black beans
- small tomato
- salsa
- chili powder

Directions: Cook onions, green pepper and zucchini with chili powder into non-stick skillet. Once cooked, add tomato. Cook until tomato is mushed with veggies. Add black beans. Once all mixed, remove from heat. Top with salsa and chili powder.
