Black Bean and Avocado ColeSlaw

Note: This is a nice way to jazz up coleslaw. I omitted the mayo and added black beans, tomato and avocado. There is so much flavor you don't need dressing, but I topped mine with lime juice and chili powder.

-red and green cabbage
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup black beans
- onion
- carrot
- tomato
- juice of 1/2- 1 lime
- chili powder

Directions: Dice up cabbage, carrot and onion like you would if you were making coleslaw. Place in dish. Top with cut tomatoes, avocado and black beans. Sprinkle lime juice over the salad and a dash of chili powder.
