Baked Spicy Sweet Potato and Carrot Fries

Note: These were really good, but were a bit on the mushy side. I don't mind though because the sweet potatoes tasted like mini baked potatoes that were crispy (They did have some crisp to them, but just not like regular fries). I am DEFINTELY making them again.

- carrots
- sweet potatoes
- chili powder
- chili flakes

Directions: Cut sweet potato and carrot into french fry shapes. Top with spices and salt and pepper. Bake in oven at 400 for 30 minutes, flipping over 1/2 way through. (check on them because this is a guesstimate and ovens may vary).
