Note: My avocado pudding was soo good I tried to make ice cream using it. I have seen this recipe a few places, but got it over at www.heathereatsalmondbutter.com.
- 1/2 avocado
- frozen banana (the riper the better)
- 1/4- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- truvia packet
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a blender and freeze. Let it defrost in micro for 20 seconds before you eat. Makes a creamy ice cream.
