Note: Using the hummus I made here http://eatoxygen.blogspot.com/2009/12/blog-post.html, I mixed it with apple cider vinegar and 1/2 packet truvia. Sooo good :)
- cabbage (red and green)
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 packet truvia
- Dr. Kracker crackers (chopped in small pieces to replace croutons)
Directions: chop lettuce and cabbage into small pieces. Add diced apple. Mix hummus, ACV and truvia together. Add Crackers on top.
