Apple Almond Butter Stuffed Acorn Squash

Note: Another super yummy creation! This made my apartment smell awesome!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 acorn squash
- small apple
- tablespoon almond butter
- cinnamon

Directions: scoop out flesh and seeds of acorn squash. Microwave on high for about 5-6 minutes. Chop apple and top with cinnamon. Mix with almond butter. Stuff acorn squash with the apple/almond butter/ cinnamon mix. Bake in oven at 350 for about 10-15 minutes.
