Note: Using wildwood organics veggie burger and kaia foods sunflower seeds, I made a yummy stirfry. A lot of people don't think of this, but flax seeds (flax seed meal) and sunflower seeds make great additions to stifries.
- red and green cabbage
- red onions
- wildwoods organics sprouted veggie burger (original)
- 1 oz kaia foods sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- salt and pepper (I used garlic falvored salt and pepper)
Directions: Cook veggies. cut veggie burger into bite sized pieces. Once cooked, top with veggie burger, sunflower seeds and flax seed meal.
