Teriyaki Tofu and Sunflower Cabbage Slaw

Note: Using the teriyaki Baked Sproutofu that Pulmuone Wildwood sent me (thank you!), I made a cabbage slaw. Pulmuone Wildwood has three varieties of sprouted tofu, all with different flavors:

Baked- aloha, royal thai, savory, thai
Golden- pineapple teriyaki
smoked- garlic teriyaki, hickory bbq, mild schezuen

The one I tried was the Baked Teriyaki. Only 140 calories and 4.5 grams of fat per block! In addition, 14 grams of protein! Not only is it good for you, but it tasted so good! It paired nicely with kaia foods teriyaki sunflower seeds.
