Note: This was so delicious! Chia seeds make great additions to egg whites. I had no access to a stove, so I microwaved my egg whites.
- 3 egg whites
- veggies (tomato, onion, green pepper)
- chia seeds
Directions: chop veggies in small pieces. microwave them for about a minute or two to soften them up. Crack 3 egg whites in a bowl. Add veggies and cook in microwave until egg whites are cooked through. Mix in salsa and egg whites.
