Roasted Pumpkin

Note: I roasted some pumpkin tonight... tomorrow night is the seeds!

Ingredients
- Pumpkin

Directions: Cut pumpkin in 1/2. Scoop out seeds and the stringy stuff. Bake face down in oven on tin-foil lined pan with some water. Cook at 375 for 45 minutes.
