Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Note: Remember that pumpkin I roasted the other day? Well, I saved the seeds in my fridge and let them dry out for a couple of days, so I could make... roasted pumpkin seeds!

Ingredients:
- pumpkin seeds
- chili powder
- salt and pepper

Directions: Mix all ingredients. Pour on a baking sheet, sprayed with pam. Coat with salt, pepper and chili powder. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
