Penny's Low Fat Carrot Raisin Muffin Top

Note: Thank you to Penny's Low Fat Desserts for sending me this Carrot Raisin Muffin Top to sample. This was super delicious. They are surprisingly moist (usually low fat baked goods taste like cardboard) and have a ton of flavor. Also, there are plenty of raisins. I was expecting only 2 or 3 raisins. If you have a sweet tooth, this will satisfy it. Also, these muffin tops are all natural, which are major bonus points for me. At only 110 calories, and individually packaged, this is a great snack when you want something sweet, but don't want to kill your diet. You can take on the go. In addition, there is 4 grams of fiber. Because they are only 110 calories, and limited protein, I would eat this with a high protein source, such as egg whites for breakfast or as a dessert along with a chicken salad. If you are watching sugar, there is 12 grams of sugar... but face it, there are a lot of worse things out there than that.
