Peanut Butter and Cinnamon Raisin Stuffed Apple

Note: This would make a good dessert for dinner guests... Takes about 2 minutes each to make and is healthy too!

Ingredients:
- apple
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/8 cup raisins
- cinnamon

Directions: Hollow out apple, but leave the bottom, so that fillings don't fall through. (see pic below). Add peanut butter and raisins in middle, and top with cinnamon.
