Note: I love Soy Crisps and Newman's Own Organics is very yummy! They are light and crispy and go good with almost anything- hummus, peanut butter, in yogurt, with jam. Not only that, but you get a huge amount for very few calories.
According to Newman's Own Organics website, "Soy Crisps are a new addition to the snack food line. Gluten free, they are made with organic soy and organic rice. The Crisps come in four varieties: Cinnamon Sugar, White Cheddar, Lightly Salted, and Barbecue, and have between 7 and 9 grams of protein depending on the variety."
I tried the lightly salted and LOVED IT. They were nice and crispy. Unlike rice cakes, they are more filling (must be the soy protein) and you get a huge amount for very little calories. Definitely maed my tummy happy.
