Note: I subbed shirataki noodles for regular noodles and low fat cheese. I also used Bragg's nutritional yeast seasoning, which has a cheesy taste.
- hanfdul of broccoli
- 5 oz tuna
- slice of low fat cheese
- bragg's yeast seasoning (optional)
Directions: Wash and strain noodles. Cook Broccoli in pan. Add noodles and tuna and sprinkle with the yeast seasoning. Once all cooked through, top with cheese.
