Kathy's Kracker and Hummus Sandwich

Note: I LOVE, LOVE hummus and crackers.

Ingredients:
- Kathy Kracker sheet (or any solid cracker)
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- veggies (any veggies work! I used cucumbers, tomato, onion, green pepper)

Directions: cut veggies into tiny pieces. Top crackers with hummus and veggies.
