Extra Cinnamon-y Raisin Bagel Chips

Note: Using the sprouted bagels I received from French Meadow Bakery, (thank you!) I made cinnamon raisin bagel chips. I put them in the oven at 425 for 15 minutes and they came out a little on the burnt side, so I would recommend 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
- Cinnamon Raisin bagel
- cinnamon and/or nutmeg

Directions: preheat oven to 425. Cut bagel pieces into small chunks. top with cinnamon. Lay on flat pan and bake for 10 minutes.
