Dr. Kracker Cheddar Flatbreads (Product Review)

Note: Thanks to Dr. Kracker for sending me a sample of their crackers. The first two flatbreads I have tried so far are the pumpkin seed cheddar and the sunflower cheddar.

Wow, these crackers are crunchy!! I actually like the crunchiness of the crackers, but I usually eat lunch at my desk at work and am self-conscious of my chewing loudly :) However, these are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and totally worth the embarassment :) I like these types of crackers with unique flavors (see the 9 flavors listed below) rather than the bland regular crackers like triscuits. I also like that they are versatile... you can replace bread with these and top them with meat and/or veggies (see pics below), you can eat them plain, with nut butters, fruit spreads, cheese, peanut butter, or dipped in soup... there are many snack ideas! In addition, because they are so healthy, you can feel good eating them. I recommend you try these crackers!
