Curried Pumpkin Apple Soup

Note: I had been wanting to try this out for a while and since it is so cold in Boston, I figured now would be the perfect time :)

- 1.5 apples (I had two very ripe apples, so I cut out the usable pieces)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 large bouillion cube
- about 2 cups water
- onion
- curry powder

Directions: Saute onion in pan with curry powder. Add in apples and saute some more. Toss in pumpkin, chicken and 1/2 the water. Continue pouring in water until desired thickness. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
