Note: Using wildwood organics superfirm tofu and Navita Natural's coconut oil, I made a yummy coconut lime tofu stir fry... YUM!
- wildwood organics tofu block (1/3 package)
- 1/2 tablespoon Navita Naturals coconut oil
- juice of 1/2 lime
- tablespoon coconut flakes (unsweetened organic)
(zucchini is pictured, but I nixed it)
Slice tofu into bitsize pieces. Saute onions in coconut oil and salt. Add broccoli and then tofu. Once thoroughly cooked, squeeze lime over. remove from skillet and place in dish. Top with coconut flakes.
