Note: can't go wrong with french toast :)
-1 slice cinnamon raisin french toast (I used french meadow bakery sprouted cinnamon raisin)
- 1 egg white
- 2 teaspoons almond butter
- 2 teaspoos unsweetend coconut flakes
Directions: Dip bread in egg whites (both sides). Cook on non-sstick skillet. Top with Almond butter and coconut flakes.
