Chocolate Banana Soy Ice Cream

Note: Using the Soyogurt Pulmuone Wildwood sent me (thank you!), I made a chocolate banana soy "ice cream." This yogurt is a great "base" for many recipes. Not only is it high in protein, but it also is high in fiber as well. One container has 110 calories, 3.5 grams fat (no trans fat!); 5 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein.

- 1/2 cup unsweetened plain Pulmuone Wildwood Organic Soyogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 frozen banana
- truvia (not pictured)

Directions: Blend all ingredients in bullet or blender and eat as is or freeze and make "ice cream."
