Chicken Cranberry and Butternut Squash

Note: I was getting ready for thanksgiving prepping this meal :)

- 3 oz chicken
- handful of cranberries (between 1/4- 1/2 cup)
- small onion
- handful of butternut squash
- raisins

Directions: In one pan, saute onions. In a huge pot, boil butternut squash (in cubes until 80% cooked through. Remove and strain. Add cranberries to onion and chicken. Throw in butternut squash and cook until butternut squash is cooked through. Once cooked, put on plate and top with raisins.
