Chia Pudding (Cinnamon Banana Flavored)

Note: Want another reason to enter my giveaway of chia seeds... THIS PUDDING! It's amazing how the chia seeds plump up in the fridge after 10 minutes and turns into a tapioca-like pudding (see pics below).

Ingredients:
- 1 ounce chia seeds
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze
- cinnamon
- banana
- one packet truvia

Directions: pour chia seeds in a bowl and cover with unsweetened almond breeze. Fridge for at least 10 minutes. Add in mashed banana, cinnamon and truvia.
