Blueberry Tofu Pudding

Note: A high protein, very yummy protein pudding! Even the boyfriend said he liked it!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 package of Nasoya Silken Tofu
- packet of vanilla protein powder (I used Sun Warriors Vanilla)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/8 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

Directions: Mix ingredients in blender.
