Note: Using Barney Butter, I made cinnamon raisin french toast... yum! (As you can tell, I had to take it on the go)
- slice cinnamon raisin (I used French Meadow Cinnamon Raisin)
- 1 egg white
- pack Barney almond butter
Directions: Dip both sides of bread in egg white, soaking up the whole thing. Cook on non-stick skillet. Top with cinnamon and almond butter.
