Balsamic Chicken and Apple Stirfry

Note: The "Applesauce dressing" also makes a good sauce in stirfrys.

- 3 oz chicken
- apple
- balsamic vinegar

Directions: Mix applesauce and vinegar. Cook chicken in the applesauce/vinegar mix. Add in chopped apple and continue to cook until apples are fairly soft, but not mushy.
