- 1 acorn squash
- liquid vanilla stevia (I used NuNaturals) OR vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
Directions: Cut acorn squash into chunks, removing the pulp. Top with cinnamon and vanilla stevia/extract. Bake in oven at 400 for 45 minutes. Top with almond butter.
